  There was a sale on....and the staff displayed sale tags on clothing that was actually full price. I asked the staff person why the sweater was full price and she said. "Oh that sale tag just let's our customers know we have a sale but that item is not on sale despite a tag hanging on it." I said well that is deceiving don't you think...The staff looked at me and said , Do you still want it.?..I said No thanks....

  Store is overpriced for the quality and not very good customer service. I went into the store and started browsing looking for the right sizes for my husband as he really likes the t-shirts because they come in 3x size. The sales guy walks up to me and asked if I needed help with anything. I said " No that's fine. I'm shopping for my husband and just looking for his size." His response was "Pff I like to shop for my own clothing" obviously implying that I should let my husband do his own shopping. I started at him for a second and said " Wow" as he walked away to talk co-worker. Apparently this guy has never received a gift any significant woman or man in his life. I felt pretty insulted after.

  I shopped here today and the staff were so courteous, professional and knowledgeable, I got exactly what I needed in record time. Staff was great at showing me options, finding sizes and explaining fabric care. Look forward to shopping here again. Thanks!

  Kinda overpriced. Customer service is decent. Just never seem to have the size of shirts I need, somehow they jump from a 2x to a 4x with no in-between size.

  It's a typical Mark's. Their work boots are of average quality. Place is clean with pleasant staff.
