  I always choose Fernlea flowers for any special occasion that arises. The arrangements that are delivered always look like the photo online, which I appreciate as a consumer. If you want beautiful, high quality flowers that are long lasting, definitely choose this shop!!

  I have used Fellows Fernlea Flowers many times and they have never failed to impress both the recipients and myself. I am always pleased with how long the flowers last after delivery as well

  Easy to order and exceptional service from my experience! I ordered some what last minute and the order arrived early the next day to the recipient, and I was pleased with the plant display and balloon. Thanks for the great service!

  Have never been more disappointed. Ordered flowers on Monday for delivery Wednesday. They were not delivered Wednesday. When I emailed to determine where the flowers were, I never received a response. I finally called the store on Friday and was told that they were busy and that they figured it could wait an extra day because it was a sympathy arrangement. !?!! I chose the delivery date knowing there would be someone home that day to receive the delivery. The funeral was out of town so they were leaving Thursday. I got no phone call saying they weren't able to deliver as requested, no contact whatsoever. When I contacted the store they said they tried to deliver them Thursday but no one was home so they left them outside somewhere protected. I told them the people would not be home until Sunday and I was told they would go and pick them up and send a fresh arrangement Monday. 10 minutes after I hung up the phone I received a call back saying she made a mistake and they hadn't been delivered but they would call Monday to deliver them. The recipient finally received the arrangement Tuesday night. Almost a full week late. Extremely disappointed in the service I received and will not be using their service again. The arrangement was nice but not as pictured on the website either.
