  Went last night for Valentine's day and even though they were busy the food was amazing and the service was great. Food took a little longer to come out but we were given a complimentary appetizer for the delay. Great service !

  Came in for a pick up order, waited ten minutes past the expected time which I didn't think was to bad considered it's a restaurant. The staff were super friendly and attentive in letting me know it would be a little wait. And food tasted great !

  Every time we come it's excellent! No matter what waitress we have they are very funny and attentive and make us feel at home. The food is great as well ! The few times we have had any issues they replace the meal or take it off the bill. Very customer oriented !

  There chicken has always been good but their ribs are nothing special. Their ribs are just cooked with a very plain BBQ sauce and are ready kind of bland . I haven't had their roast beef but if it's anything like their ribs then it won't be anything special. If I want roast beef I will go to Arby's for great roast beef . Swiss chalet should stick to chicken.

  The last few times we have been in have been a huge improvement from previous visits. The food has been amazing, service is friendly and they seem have more staff on to help customers so they aren't waiting. Last time we were in we had a tall male server and he was very friendly and made jokes with the tables and staff working and made it a fun experience
