  They have a free complimentary pick up service within St. Thomas. The guy who picked me up (Shane) was not only professional but very friendly as well. He answered all of my queries about the terms & conditions and all the hidden fees. Even the other staff members were very accommodating & asked me if I needed any help while I was waiting.

  Due to a family emergency, we had to change our rental dates, add and remove drivers and return the car to a different location. This necessitated a few trips into the office in St Thomas and the staff were unbelievably accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble; each change was handled professionally and swiftly; and every single staff member greeted us with a smile. We can't thank you enough!
