  The customer service has gone downhill horribly since the blonde girl named Jen stopped working there. She used to give excellent customer service, but they let her walk away, so other than Nick, no one good works there. The new manager (calls himself Bobby to customers) is very rude and short with both customers and staff. They should have paid Jen more to stay, but it's their loss. The store is way too dark (fix your lighting), and clean all the toys off the floor. It also smells, um....interesting in there.

  Super friendly staff who are really easy to talk to. I just got my phone upgraded the other day and one of the staff members Zach was extremely helpful in helping me upgrade my plan to something I could afford saving me money in the long run. Really appreciated it since I didn't know about the offer. He set the entire phone up for me and even transferred all of my old info onto my new phone which I was thankful for. They will help you with anything you need. Just ask

  It's quite obvious Jen was the glue that held that place together, now they are all going to The Mobile Shop because Jen is there and treats customers better.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Decent amount of product available at this location too.

  I've also noticed that Nick, Paul, and Bleron are no longer there either. When those 3 and Jen were working, you had a sense of confidence that the staff was knowledgeable. Now.....ehhhhhh....no...
