    Very clean facility, lots of equipment and great trainer. Awesome place to get fit and be healthy!

    That is what this gym is based on! Loyalty and longevity to its comunity. Joe sponsors a local Jr B hockey team and those players see a difference since being involved with Joe. That spurs loyalty back to his gym. My son has trained at other local gym's and swares by Joe. If that isn't enough, Joe took 195 lbs of most people thought was muscle at 8-9% bf to 203 lbs @ 6% in 3 weeks. Keep it up Joe!
