  If I could go lower with the stars I would. Completely disgusted with how a particular lady treated my mother after we ordered a 6 ft sub a month ago and had it arrive two hours late with them slamming it on the counter and yelling at my mother. Never going there again.

  I will never eat here again unfortunately. I had a bad experience on Saturday 9/16/2017. They were extremely busy and you could tell by the quality and taste of the subs. My coworkers and I would eat here three to four times a week. I called the manager to complain about my recent experience and wasn't even offered a replacement. Not even a percentage off the next time I come in. I had kept my receipt but all she offered was to "look into it" Not sure what you can find out by talking to your employees and checking the security cameras? The manager was not helpful nor friendly and this was the first time we actually had to complain about our food. Will stick with Pita Pit from now on. Friendly service and great food with no issues! Very disappointed in Subway.
