    Staff are amazing animal lovers , and the new self serve dog wash is a 10 out of 10. Love the blow dryers as well. They have 2 large tiled tubs that are super clean and only $10 a dog !!!! I buy everything I need here always now can wash the dogs ! This place keeps getting better and better

    Fabulous staff. They are very knowledgeable and go out of they way to help. We have a Pet Valu in our town but we shop in St.Thomas. An excellent store. I would give them 10 ⭐️.

    Great place for anything you need for your pet. More selection after the recent Reno plus a dog wash at the back and they do all the cleanup afterwards.

    Good selection, but there is always shelves with empty spaces. However, the staff are well knowledged and helpful.

    Really great for St Thomas. Nice not always having to travel to London for supplies. Friendly service. Not the best selection , but its St. Thomas not Toronto , so to be expected!
