  this thank you has been a long time in coming. and i am surprised to find that this will be the first review for the OPP Station and personnel. I have had 3 occasions to require assistance from the OPP. Their role was as intervention for me and a family member, who has suffered emotionally from a major trauma. The officers involved, whose names I unfortunately do not know, were professional, kind, calm and helpful.

  I believe their level of interaction with said family member has helped to turn around a previously negative attitude about police personnel. It has proven that not everyone "is out to get you", that understanding can be applied to tense situations and sometimes officers can be your friend.

  i have 4 starred the interaction...because i am not sure anyone having to experience police intervention , no matter what the circumstance, could possibly "love it".
