    Such an amazing store! It's pet friendly, the shelves are always stocked, and the staff is very well knowledged and polite. The pet wash is efficient and safe. They have products for many different animals and is a calm environment. Thank you!

    Seeing as this is the first negative review I really hope you follow up on the constancy of your staff. I was just told I had to PAY to make a return. That particular employee not only gave me the WRONG information, but she also made me feel like an idiot. I had to re-enter the store to speak with another employee who corrected the mistake, to which I received NO apologies. I am so disappointed.
